We ship worldwide. Our products are shipped within the European Union and internationally. We apply a standard shipping rate of €9 for the EU and €20 for the rest of the world. Each package has a tracking number.
Our prices include duties and taxes. This means that the price shown at checkout is the final price, including any applicable duties or service charges that may apply during the shipping process.
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. We provide a return label from the shipping company Vivalera works with and deduct €8 for returns from the European Union and €29 for returns from other countries.
If an item is returned due to quality issues, no return shipping fee will apply.
Returned products must be in their original condition (no scratches) and in their original packaging (including the box and dust bag). To return an order, please visit our Returns Center.
